Promotional material for marketing
To help us profile your event on our digital platforms and in our event calendar, we kindly ask you to provide the following:
Main image
Format: 1920 x 1080 px
Content: An image illustrating the event (without text or logo on the image).
Background: Preferably an atmospheric photo, product image, or other visual that gives a strong impression of the event.
Why: We will add the event title and date underneath the image in our calendar.
Logo
Format: PNG or SVG (preferably with transparent background).
Use: The logo will be used in listings and other places where we present events.
Short descriptive text
Length: 2–4 sentences.
Content: What is the event about, who is it for, and why should people attend?
Website link
Format: Clickable URL to the organizer’s official website.
Example – Event calendar:
Profile image without text.
Short inspiring text about the event.
