How to get your goods safely to your stand

As the exhibition day approaches, you want to be sure that all your equipment arrives safely and on time to the right place in the hall.

NOVA Spektrum Logistics is the exhibition centre’s own goods handling department, ensuring that deliveries are received, registered, and delivered directly to your stand.

With experienced staff, clear delivery routines, and efficient coordination, you can rest assured that everything will be in place.

GOODS FOR THE EXHIBITIONS MUST BE ADDRESSED TO:

All goods must have shipping documents, including courier shipments. Please send a notification in advance by email. Remember to bring a copy of the shipping document.

INVOICING ADDRESS

All international shipments must be accompanied by an invoice unless an ATA Carnet is used.
Goods for temporary use and goods for permanent import (to be given away / consumed / sold) cannot be listed on the same invoice.

The invoice must include the sender’s full name and address, a description of the contents, value, shipping terms, and whether the goods are for temporary import.

GOODS ARRIVING BEFORE BUILD-UP PERIOD

Goods arriving before the official build-up period will be stored and delivered to your stand on the first day of build-up. Goods arriving during the build-up period will be delivered directly to the stand.

ORDERING A FORKLIFT

To ensure sufficient staff and the right equipment, please notify us of any need for forklift assistance at least 1 week before the start of build-up.

HEAVY GOODS

We normally have forklifts available up to 3,500 kg. Forklifts over 3,500 kg or cranes must be ordered in advance.

IMPORT AND CUSTOMS CLEARANCE

NOVA Spektrum Logistics offers customs clearance for all exhibitions, both temporary and permanent imports.

STORAGE OF EMPTY PACKAGING

Can be ordered from NOVA Spektrum Service in the Glass Hall or at NOVA Spektrum Logistics office in the rigging area (behind the exhibition centre). The empty packaging will be collected from your stand and returned after the exhibition closes (during dismantling). Unmarked boxes left on your stand the evening before opening will be automatically discarded by cleaning staff.

RETURN OF GOODS

Goods to be returned to the exhibitor’s address or forwarded must be ordered at the NOVA Spektrum Logistics office in the rigging area (behind the exhibition centre). You will be provided with address labels, which must be attached to the goods. If you have arranged onward transport with another freight company, you must contact them directly.
All goods must be labelled before return, regardless of whether you use NOVA Spektrum Logistics or your own carrier.

UNCLAIMED GOODS

Unclaimed goods will be moved to the NOVA Spektrum Logistics warehouse after the dismantling period, at the exhibitor’s expense.

Parcels sent via BRING or another freight forwarder must be labelled as follows:

Parcels will be delivered directly to us unless otherwise agreed with the sender.

LETTERS UNDER 2 KG

Letters under 2 kg sent as regular mail should be addressed as follows:

Please note that post is not collected during weekends. Allow 2 days for delivery within Norway, and 5 days within the Nordic region.
